6 hard boiled eggs, halved like a hot dog not like a hamburger
1/2 jalapeņo, seeds removed, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons low fat mayo
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika, plus extra for garnish
pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
scoop out all the yolks and place in bowl.
add remaining ingredients except jalapeņos.
scoop mixture into halved deviled eggs
top with paprika and a jalapeņo slice
