1 cup Cottage Cheese
4 Eggs
1 - 10oz bag of Frozen Broccoli
1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup melted Butter
2 Jiffy Cornbread mixes
1 Onion Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease 9x13 pan. Mix cottage cheese, butter. Add cornbread mixes to the above. Fold in broccoli, onion, and 1 cup of cheese. Pour batter mixture into baking pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
