3 cups yams
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter
1/3 c. pecan chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mash yams and mix with sugar, salt, butter, milk, and eggs. Put in a casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of yams. Bake for 35 minutes.
