"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
While cake is baking, mix pineapple and sugar. Simmer until cake is done. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. When cake is baked, use a fork to poke holes all over the top. Pour the pineapple mixture on top of the cake. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the pineapple and spread over entire top of cake. (its ok if pineapple gets into the cream cheese mixture) Good hot or cold.
