1 Box Yellow Cake Mix, baked as directed
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
¼ cup margarine
2 cups powder sugar
¼ cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
While cake is baking, mix pineapple and sugar. Simmer until cake is done. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. When cake is baked, use a fork to poke holes all over the top. Pour the pineapple mixture on top of the cake. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the pineapple and spread over entire top of cake. (it’s ok if pineapple gets into the cream cheese mixture) Good hot or cold.
