2- 24 oz. bags of frozen broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese cubed
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter- melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350
1. Cook frozen broccoli until tender (Approx 10 minutes)
2. Drain broccoli and return to the pan.
3. Add cubed Velveeta to the pan with the broccoli and stir until melted.
4. Pour into 9x13 baking dish
5. Crush 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
6. Melt 1/2 stick butter in a skillet
7. Coat cracker crumbs in butter and brown.
8. Top broccoli with browned cracker crumbs
9. Bake 20 minutes at 350
