1 C yellow cornmeal
1 T baking powder
1 t salt
2 lg eggs
2 C grated cheddar cheese
1 C fresh small diced red & green peppers
1/4 C chopped fresh jalapenos or more to taste
1 C all purpose flour
1/2 C granulated sugar
1 C whole milk
1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Into lg bowl, mix salt, cornmeal, baking powder, flour & sugar. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk & butter. Add wet ingredients to dry & stir until mixed. Add cheese, peppers & jalapenos; stir until combined. Fill baking cups 3/4 full & bake apx 20 min.
