2 Cups White Vinegar
2 Cups water
⅓ Cup cane sugar
2 Tablespoons sea salt


Cucumber Dill
2 small cucumbers
1 small dill sprig
2 garlic cloves, halved
1 Tsp of Mustard Seeds
1 Tsp mixed peppercorns

Red Onions
2 small red onions, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, halved
1 Tsp. mixed peppercorns

Directions:
Directions:
Heat in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves about 1 minute. Let cool and pour over vegetables in 2 (16-ounce) Jars. Chill overnight.

Brine yields enough for 2 jars. Make two of the same type of pickle or mix and match vegetables and spices, using the same brine for all.
