1 1/2 cups sugar
1 /2 cups cake flour sifted
1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
3/4 cup. Cold water
Salt (pinch)
1 tsp. Vanilla

Napolian FIlling
4 Eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups milk
2 tsp. Vanilla! Pkg gelatin
1/4 cup cold milk

Directions:
Blend all ingredients. Bake 325 º 15 minutes. Cool. Beat 4 eggs 1 at a time. Add 3/4 cup sugar, 2 cups milk, 2 tsp. Vanilla,. Beat 1 pkg gelatin with cold milk. Fold in 4 beaten egg whites (Beat till they form a peak) fold in whipped cream. Spread filling on baked cake roll.
