1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup butter
2 cups mincemeat

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rolled oats, flour and sugar.
Cut in butter until it resembles crumbs.
Lightly press 1/2 the mixture into an 8 inch square pan.
Spread mincemeat over the base.
Cover with the remaining crumb mixture and press down lightly.

Bake at 375F until lightly browned (25-30 minutes).

This is another recipe I've never made but it is a quicker way to make a Christmas treat without having to make and roll out the dough for mince tarts. I will probably make them this Christmas and we can try them out!
