1 16oz. Carton Sour Cream
1 Pkg. Ortega Taco Mix
Mix Sour Cream and Taco Mix together, mixing well
Add:
Dash of hot sauce, Tobasco, to taste, the more you add, the spicier.
Dash of lemon juice.
Mix well.

1/2 Pkg. Mozarella Cheese
1/2 Pkg. Cheddar Cheese
2 Bunches Green Onion, Chopped, greens and all
1 Medium Tomato, chopped
1 Can Black Olives, sliced or chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Using a large serving platter, assemble from bottom up forming a mountain.

Spread sour cream mixture over bottom of platter.
Next, place both kinds of cheeses over top sour cream mixture
Place chopped Green Onion, chopped tomatoes, and black olives in order over cheeses

Serve with Doritos or Corn Chips.
