2 Lbs Frozen hashbrowns
2 Cups Sour Cream
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1/4 Cup onions diced
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Thaw frozen hashbrowns

Mix all but the parmesan cheese with potatoes

Transfer mix to a pre sprayed 9x13 baking dish

Sprinkle the parmesan cheese

Bake for 60-90 minutes

This is moist, and very flavorful. Make the whole recipe divide into two pans and freeze one before cooking cooking for a quick side dish later.
Or double or triple it for a pot luck every will love it !
