15-oz. pkg. of Pillsbury All-Ready Pie Crusts
1 tsp. flour

Heat oven to 450. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for unfilled one-crust pie using 9-in. pie pan. Bake at 450 for 9 to 11 min. or until light golden brown.

1/4 c. sugar
3 tbl. Cornstarch
1 1/2 c. milk
6-oz. pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whipping cream (12 oz.)
2 tbl. powdered sugar

Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch, blending well. Gradually add milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Reserve one tbl. of chocolate chips for topping. Add remaining chocolate chips and vanilla, stirring until melted and smooth. Pour into large mixing bowl and cover surface with plastic wrap. Cool to room temperature.

In large bowl, combine whipping cream and powdered sugar then beat until soft peaks form. Reserve 1 1/2 cups for topping.
Beat cooled chocolate mixture at medium speed until light and fluffy, about 1 minute, then fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream. Spoon evenly into cooled crust.
Top with reserved whipped cream. Chop reserved chocolate chips then sprinkle over top. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving. Refrigerate any remaining dessert.
