3 lb. Chuck Roast
2 T Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

1 Package Dry Ranch Dressing
1 Package Beef Aui Juice Mix
1 Stick Butter or Margarine
8 Pepperancini Peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Olive Oil in skillet. Sear meat in skillet, salt and pepper. (I use garlic salt)
Move to Crock Pot, sprinkle with ranch dressing and au juice mix. Top with butter pats. Place peppers around roast. Cook for 8 hours in Crock Pot, serve with mashed potatoes.

I add small red potatoes, carrots, onion and celery in crock pot with the meat.

If you use a smaller roast, use 1/2 package ranch dressing and 1/2 package au juice mix.
