4 lb. chicken breasts, halved
Oil
2 garlic cloves
1 medium onion, minced
1 tortilla, cut in strips
¼ raisins
¼ C blanched almonds
1 T sesame seeds
1 T cilantro
½ lb. chopped tomatoes
2 T olive oil
7 T Chile powder
¼ tsp each: cumin,cloves,cinnamon, coriander, anise, sugar
¾ tsp. Salt 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 C chicken broth

Directions:

Brown the chicken all sides, set aside
Blend the next 8 ingredients to a smooth paste. Add Chile powder, seasonings, and melted chocolate
Heat olive oil and cook the sauce for 5 min, lower the heat as soon as the sauce goes into the pan, and stir to prevent burning.
Stir in the chicken broth, add chicken, cover and simmer 30 min.
