Crust:
1 ½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter

Filling:
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup chopped toasted pecans
2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and spread evenly into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool crust before filling.

Mix all remaining ingredients together until well blended. Pour over crust and bake at 325 until toothpick comes out clean (approx 20 minutes). Cool completely before cutting. Sprinkle powdered sugar over cookies, cut and serve.
