2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 egg beaten
3/4 c. orange juice
2 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and then measure out 2 cups.
Re-sift the 2 cups with sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Combine egg, orange juice and oil together.
Chop cranberry, nuts and orange peels and add to flour mixture.
Grease and flour loaf pan.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir only until flour is moist.
Bake for 1 hr in 350 degree oven or until golden brown.
