4 T. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1 large shallot diced
1 T. crested garlic
2-1/2 c. garlic & chicken broth
(add 2-1/2 tsp. Better Than Bouillon)
1/4 c. white wine
3 cans 6.5-oz each chopped clams (with juices separated)
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 box linguine
Parmesan Cheese for topping (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter and oil to Instant Pot - hit Sauté.
Add shallots and cook for 1-2 minutes, add garlic cook for 1 minute.
Add Wine, cook for 1 minute.
Add broth, clam juice (not clams) basil, oregano, parsley, pepper and Old Bay Seasoning and stir well.
Break linguine in half and lay on top.
Do not stir! Just push linguine under liquid.
Secure the lid, cancel sauté, hit Pressure cook and cook for 6 minutes. Quick release.
Stir in clams. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle on some parmesan cheese if so desired.
