1 1/2 cup self rising cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup Crisco oil
1 cup cream style corn
1 cup cheese grated
2 small onions diced
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (use pickled peppers)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.

Mix the above ingredients and bake in a square cake pan until the top is brown or knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
