1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1/2 cup celery (and greens)

1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. white sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 - 20 oz. can tomatoes
1 - 5 1/2 oz. tin tomato paste
4 cups hot water
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in the boiling water
2 tsp. chopped parsley
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup sliced carrots

6 cups chopped cabbage (Reserve)


Directions:
Directions:
Saute the ground beef, onion and celery in 2 tbsp oil.

Put sauteed ingredients and other ingredients (except cabbage) in a large pot and cook for one hour.
Add the chopped cabbage and cook for another hour. Serve.
