Ingredients:  
¾ C corn meal
1¼ C flour
1 C sugar (sweet, outdoor use less)
½ tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Baking powder
4T powdered buttermilk
1 egg
¾ warm water
¼ C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients.
Beat egg until thick, add to water and butter
Mix wet and dry together
Pour into greased 8” square pan
Bake 25 min. @ 425º
