8 oz cream cheese (softened)
8 oz sour cream
package of 4 cheese Italian blend from Kraft
packet of dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (or flavor equivalent)
Jar of marinated artichokes (drained; chopped)
pickled Jalapenos (out of the jar is fine) chopped - probably about one cup (equal to the amount of artichokes)
package of Kraft cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything but cheddar cheese together and spread into oven safe dish. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake till bubbly and brown on top (usually between a 30 to 45 mins - I generally put the timer on 25 mins and then reset it as necessary but check it pretty frequently so it doesn't burn); serve with crackers or chips.
