Boneless pork roast cut into chunks
flour
salt
pepper
Crisco or margarine
Kitchen Bouquet-Browning and seasoning sauce
chopped onions
water
carrots
celery
green beans
potatoes-peeled and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bag...add pot roast chunks and shake-covering completely
Brown the meat in Crisco or margarine-it will be thick
Add Kitchen Bouquet (a browning and seasoning sauce), chopped onions, water and bring to a simmer
Prepare the carrots, celery, green beans and incorporate into the mixture.
Simmer for 2 1/2 hours or a little more

Peel and chop potatoes and cook separately

Serve stew poured over potatoes

Potatoes can also be added to the stew on the second day
