6 T butter
1/3 cup lemon juice - plus
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks 1 qt vanilla ice cream
1 graham cracker crust
Directions:
Directions:
To make the lemon butter sauce; melt butter; add lemon juice, salt and sugar. Slightly beat whole eggs with egg yolks - Combine with other mixture and cook in double boiler, beating constantly with a whip, until thick and smooth, and melt ice-cream and pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Freeze till firm 12 hours or so.
