Ingredients:  
2 lbs. ground beef
salt-to taste
pepper-to taste
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 to 1 cup of bread crumbs
2 eggs
sweetened condensed milk-Eagle Brand, Milnot, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and bread crumbs.
Beat eggs by hand and add milk to make thick and creamy
Shape meatballs

Brown meatballs for 1/2 hour-simmer
