Ingredients:  
Cornbread, cooked and crumbled
Bottle of Ranch dressing
Shredded lettuce
1 can diced tomatoes and chiles, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 package shredded Mexican cheese blend
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (can use bacon bits)
5 green onions chopped, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Layer all ingredients in a large bowl with half of each item ending with dressing and cheese. Repeat layers.

Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
