Stonewall pancake mix
toasted pecans
veg oil
butter
buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Make pancakes using directions on cannister (Use buttermilk). Mix very lightly, ok to leave lumps, etc.
This makes pancakes fluffier. Let batter sit for 10 - 30 minutes before cooking

Toast pecans on baking sheet at 350 for 7 - 10 minutes, then crush

Heat skillet with veg. oil and butter. Keep pan relatively dry, no pools of oil

Cook on medium-high (about at 6).

Add pecans when pancakes almost ready to flip.
