German Chocolate cake mix
1 large can evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
4 egg yolks
1 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut (I use more if icing is runny)
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to package directions, cool and cut into layers.

Combine first five ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened.

Remove from heat and add coconut and pecans. Continue to add coconut until thick enough to spread.

Ice layers and top with mixture.
