2 T melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups warm milk
1 tsp grated lemon rind
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and sugar; stir in flour, salt, then lemon juice. Blend in beaten egg yolks and milk. Last, fold in beaten egg white and lemon rind. Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole at 325º for 45 minutes, setting casserole into pan of hot water during baking. Serve hot or chilled
