1 pkg raspberry jello
1 1/4 cup boiling water
1 10 oz pkg. frozen raspberries
2 cups whipping cream (1 cup in mixture and 1 cup for top)
1 angel food cake
1 dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water, add berries and stir until thawed. Chill until partially set. Whip until fluffy, fold in 1 cup whipped cream cut cake into bite-size or 1" pieces. Arrange one-half of the cake pieces in tube pan or 9x2" baking pan. Pour one half of raspberry mixture over top, repeat and chill until firm spread top with whipped cream.
