2 or 3 chicken breasts
2 large chicken broths
Water
Potatoes, peeled and cut into medium chunks
Carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
Onion, peeled and cut into large chunks
Salt
Pepper
Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot place the chicken breasts
Pour the chicken brother over the chicken
Add enough water so that you are about 2-3 inches from the top of the pot
Cook on medium high until you have skimmed all of the "yuck" from the top
Add the onion, potatoes and carrots
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Let simmer on low for about ½ hour or until the potatoes and carrots are soft

In separate pot let water come to a boil, add the noodles and cook until soft

Get the chicken out of the pot and cut into chunks

Add noodles and chicken to the pot or to individual bowls
