Mississippi Mud Cake Recipe

2 cups sugar
1 cups flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
4 eggs
4 tsp cocoa powder
2 sticks butter
1 jar marshmallow cream
Dash of salt


⅓ cup confectioner's sugar
4 tsp butter
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
tsp vanilla
Enough milk to soften if needed

Cream eggs in sugar.

Melt butter, add cocoa powder and mix well and add to sugar mixture.

Add flour, salt and pecans.

Bake at 300 for 40 minutes.

Spread marshmallow cream on cake while hot.

Make icing and spread over marshmallow cream when cake is completely cool.
