Monkey Bread Recipe

1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup evaporated milk
4 tubes buttermilk biscuits (cut each biscuit into four pieces)


3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350.

In a sauce pan bring the first listed sugars, cinnamon, margarine, butter and evaporated milk to a boil and set aside.

Take biscuit pieces and shake or roll into additional sugar and cinnamon. Place coated pieces into a tube pan. Pour sauce over and bake for about 40 minutes.
Turn out onto a serving place allowing melted sauce to pour over dough.
