2 pounds ground meat
2 eggs
2 slices of bread, torn into small pieces
2 slices of bread for bottom of the pan
1 small onion, diced
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 325º
Place 2 slices of bread on the bottom of the pan - to absorb grease
Mix all of the ingredients together, form a loaf and put in pan.

Bake for 1½
Cut meatloaf in half to be sure it is done in the middle
