2 cups sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract
2½ cups (20 oz) crushed pineapple

Frosting
1 stick butter (113 g)
¾ cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut, shredded

This is from scratch recipe for a sort of a dump cake – you just mix cake ingredients together, dump the mixture to baking pan and bake until done. Baked cake is poked with a skewer and topped with simple coconut walnut frosting. The frosting is somewhat liquid and it soaks into the cake.
