1½ cups Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® creamy balsamic mayonnaise dressing*, divided
¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. hot sauce, optional
1½ lb boneless chcken breasts or thighs with skin
¼ cup pesto
¼ cup chopped black olives
6 scallions, thinly sliced
2 T. chopped parsley

Directions:

Combine until smooth ½ cup dressing, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, and hot sauce to taste in a large bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat evenly. Refrigerate at least an hour or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium high.

Combine remaining cup of dressing with pesto, black olives and half of sliced scallions in small bowl.

Grill chicken until deep golden brown and no pink remains inside. Remove from grill and serve with pesto olive sauce. Sprinkle sliced scallions on top for garnish. *If the dressing blend is not available, blend 1 cup mayonnaise and ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette.
