1 jar cocktail onions (usually with the drink/mixer aisle)
1 frozen bag of chopped broccoli
1/4 cup butter
1 T. (heaping) flour
1 cup milk
1 cup onion juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish. Cook broccoli & drain (save some juice). Melt butter, add flour, milk & onion juice & salt. Mix broccoli & onion then pour rue over it. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
