⅓8 ounces of cream cheese
⅓ c. sugar
1 egg
⅛ tsp salt
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup water
c. cocoa
⅓ c. oil
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt together. Add 1 cup mini chocolate chips. Set aside.

Mix together in small bowl all dry ingredients; set aside.

In an additional bowl mix 1 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, 1 T. vinegar, and 1 tsp vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Mixture will be very runny.

Fill tins 1/3 full with chocolate mixture and top with 1 tsp cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Leave in the pan to cool.
