3 c. sugar
1 c. canola oil
4 eggs (beaten)
1 16 oz. pumpkin
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. cloves
tsp. ginger
⅔ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil together. Add eggs and pumpkin, mix well. Sift together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients alternating with water. Pour into 2 well greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick test clean. Let stand for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool.
