mayonnaise
Grey Poupon mustard
sweet pickle relish
salt and pepper

Directions:
Hard boil eggs (about 20 min) cool and peel. Cut eggs in half. Yolks of 3 eggs in one bowl, the other 3 in a second bowl. Place whites in egg holder. Mash yolks add about 1 Tbsp. of mayo to each bowl. Season lightly with salt and pepper. In one bowl add sweet pickle relish (a generous Tbsp.), in the other add the Grey Poupon (a generous tsp.). Mix until creamy. Spoon filling into egg whites. Garnish mustard eggs with paprika.

We are house divided. Some prefer a mustard egg and some the sweet pickle version. I don't really measure the ingredients. The key is to add just enough creamy ingredients so the filling doesn't get too soupy. Less is more.
