19.5 oz pkg fidge brownie mix
1/2 c vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1/4 c waterr
1 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/3 c boiling water

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350* GREASE TWO 9 INCH SQUARE BAKING DISHES

COMBINE THE BROWNIE MIX, OIL, EGGS AND 1/4 C WATER IN MEDIUM BOWL. MIX WELL, ABOUT 1 MINUTE. DIVIDE THE BATTER EVENLY BETWEEN THE PREPARED BAKING DISHES.

COMBINE THE BROWN SUGAR AND COCOA IN SMALL BOWL. MIX WELL. SPRINKLE HALF OF THE BROWN SUGAR MIXTURE EVENLY OVER THE BATTER IN EACH BAKING DISH.

POUR HALF OF THE BOILING WATER ON TOP OF THE BROWN SUGAR MIXTURE IN EACH BAKING DISH. BAKE THE PUDDING UNTIL SET, ABOUT 23 MINUTES. SERVE WITH ICE CREAM OR WHIPPED CREAM IF DESIRED.
