Ingredients:  
1 can sweetened condenses milk (Eagle Brand Milk)
2 c mayo (not salad dressing)
1/4 c vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 c sugar
16 oz tri-colored Rotini
1/2 c shredded carrots
1 bell pepper, chopped
Chopped onion to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.

Mix sweetened condensed milk, mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar together.

Mix vegetables and pasta together. Pour dressing over pasta and vegetables and mix well.

Keep refrigerated until serving.
