1/2 lb. Canadian bacon (cut in julienne strips)
1 large cut up onion
5 T. of butter
3 large eggs
Salt & pepper
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1 c. grated cheese
1 lb. spaghetti (cooked and drained)
1/2 c. dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the bacon and onion with the butter in a skillet for 5 minutes.
Add the wine cooking for 5 more minutes.
In a small bowl with a fork beat the eggs. Stir in the cheese and parsley.
Toss the hot spaghetti with the bacon mixture.Then immediately mix with the egg mixture.
Serve quickly and sprinkle with more cheese.
