2 lbs ground beef
3 eggs
1 Package dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup ketchup
salt and pepper
1 Sleeve RItz Crackers Crushed

Topping
2 Tbsp mustard
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients together
Put in a loaf pan
Put topping on top of the meatloaf
Preheat oven to 350º
Bake at 350º 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
