1/2 Cup butter
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Peanut butter
2 eggs
6 oz chocolate chips
1 Cup Applesauce
2 Cups flour
1 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Creme butter and sugar
Stir in the peanut butter and eggs beat until smooth
Stir in the Applesauce and Dry ingredients
Preheat oven to 350, and line a muffin tin.
Fill each liner about 2/3 of the way, leaving a little room because they will rise. Bake on the center rack at 350º for 20 minutes or until muffins have domed and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out mostly clean. Let cool.
