Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine or butter (1 1/2 sticks)
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow creme (13 ounce)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease the bottom and sides of a 13 X 9" pan.

Bring sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to FULL ROLLING BOIL in a large saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 4 minutes or until mixture registers 234 degrees farenheit on candy thermometer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and marshmallow creme and stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into prepared pan; spread to evenly cover bottom of pan. Cool completely.

***You definitely don't want this fudge to turn out grainy. So, I would use the candy thermometer to be sure it is cooked long enough. It seems like even a few seconds can make a difference between grainy and wonderful!!! :)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is my favorite fudge. I have changed the recipe and instead of using a small container of marshmallow creme, I use the 13 ounce container.
