3 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Soda
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Cocoa
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Vinegar
1 cup Oil
2 cups cold Water
Directions:
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into large bowl.
Mix/beat for 30 seconds on low and then 2 minutes on medium speed
Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
