2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1/3cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 T chopped onion
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos -drained
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, celery, green pepper, almonds, onion, pimento, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir well
2. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 1 quart baking dish(9x13). Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
3. Stir in cheese, sprinkle with potato chips. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
4. Serve warm

Can substitute chicken with tuna or turkey or shrimp.
You may double or triple recipe.
