1 lb. mild/medium smoked sausage(sliced)
1 lb. Italian Sausage(bulk)
10-12 medium red potatoes, diced
1 small onion, diced
4 C. water
3 tbsp. ham base(or Goya ham seasoning)
1 qt. heavy whipping cream
Salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausages in pan. Bring potatoes, onion, water, and Ham base to boil in soup pot. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Add sausages to pot with potatoes. Add cream and
heat through, do not boil.
