1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tube Wasabi paste or to taste

2-3 ahi tuna steaks
3-4 peeled cucumbers cut into 3/4" slices
sesame seeds
Ken's Asian Sesame with Ginger and Soy dressing
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from cucumber slices making to sure leave bottom intact. Fill up hole in cucumber with Asian Sesame dressing. Add salt and pepper to tuna and pat in sesame seeds to lightly cover both sides. Heat oil on high and sear in 1-2 minutes per side. Slice into small bite size pieces. Place on top of cucumber slice Drizzle with Wasabi cream and serve with pickled ginger if desired.
